This notice explains how Contractor Compliance Authority (CCA) uses information submitted through the CCA Partner Network application. It applies to prospective partners and the people who complete an application on an organization's behalf.
Information we collect
The application collects contact information, professional and business identity details, website or profile links you choose to provide, information about your contractor audience and referral model, requested partnership activities, service interests, geographic reach, and disclosures about potential professional or compensation restrictions.
How we use the information
CCA uses this information to verify the applicant, evaluate program fit and risk, determine an appropriate partner class and capabilities, contact the applicant, conduct proportionate diligence, make an approval decision, and preserve a record of the application and decision process.
Who may access it
Access is limited to authorized CCA personnel and service providers who need the information to operate, secure, or support the application and partner program. CCA does not treat application information as permission to publish your identity or promote a partnership that has not been approved.
Retention and accuracy
CCA retains application records as reasonably needed for review, program administration, legal and audit obligations, dispute prevention, and reapplication decisions. Please submit accurate information and tell CCA if material information changes while your application is under review.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit optional information. Required fields are necessary to evaluate the application. You may also ask CCA to correct inaccurate application information or withdraw an application, subject to records CCA must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.
